Objectives:

Obtain Certificates, Licenses, Funding for Supplies, Vehicles, and Employees Pay for a year in M.M.S.F.  In this Business, our workers will build mushroom growing fencing, and siding. The Business will consist of door to door sales men, carrying and showing off our optional building techniques, and what types of sustainable supplies, and or different wooden fixtures and additions for the said construction/fence or siding, meant to grow other types of plantations, such as flowers, detox herbs, and edible wood mushrooms, that we have to offer.

Summary:

For the Businesses Location, we will buy land and grow a wide range of trees, spaced as such that when fully grown, will touch, or mold into one another. These homes will be fenced using M.M.S.F, each with an Eco Friendly all natural solar paneled home next door, for time being, in which the homes are fully grown. Upon full growth of these tree homes, Solar panel Roofs could be bought or built to power and give electricity to the home. Each room or area of the home may be grown using different trees, that will grow Yellow Lobsters, White Oysters, and other Edible Wood Mushrooms. This 'Real Estate Project' will be advertised by the M.M.S.F. Businesses Address. M.M.S.F will grow Cotton, and become sellers, growers, and buyers of Edible Mushrooms. We also hope to farm sheep, for wool, and Chickens. M.M.S.F. needs to be set in an area where the back round is a wooded, forest setting, and at a high altitude. M.M.S.F. will have other projects including the set up of our own sprinkler systems at the edge of the wooded forest area. This area will be constantly watered, where slightly downhill, before getting to our fences growing Chicken of the Woods, White Lobsters and Oyster mushrooms. There will also be development for a river or small stream forming a detoxifying down stream ravine, that will include bulrush plantation, because stream bank stabilization, wetland restoration, wildlife food and shelter, are all good reasons for growth, and uses when it comes to this plant. These native plants are especially good for stabilizing or restoring disturbed or degraded soil and water (including logged or burned) areas, slope control, and for wildlife pollution recovery from erosion caused by oil polluted land. This water will keep getting recycled into pumps, and sent back up hill through the sprinkler system. This whole system will need 50% added endurance of water supply coming from a large natural spring, or small river area, in order to push a percentage of naturally filtered water back in, a little further down hill is where we intend to pasteurize out some of the land for cotton farming. On these Properties, and or ones like it, we will construct sections of the fencing, and siding. Also a ready proper sized bag development project, to fill hollow areas of the fences and or siding. To sell quality Edible Wood Mushroom Growing Fences, and Siding for our customers in the
surrounding communities of the city of Springfield, Oregon, while providing a work
environment that respects, rewards and motivates as well.

Vision Statement:

We intend on shedding light on, and to allow others the added ability in protecting their
health, as well as our environments, by giving them preview of our catalog, full of edible wood mushrooms,
and other herbs, that could be grown on their fencing and siding.
This catalog of mushrooms, and herbs include, but are not limited to the implementation of
the Bulrush plantation, as well as the White Oyster Mushroom grown through the wood sections of both siding, and fencing.

Management Plan:

We will have 3 Managers. MMSF Store Site, is going to be managed by Matt Rivera. The Manager will hire future developers of fencing and siding, who will first be door to door representatives. The Management will hire 10 employees who will procure/develop parts for the fencing and siding. Before construction of the fencing and siding pieces, the 10 employees will be orientated on how the beginning of this venture will start for us all. Through the construction process both Matt and I will keep an eye on all of them, and give a promotion to the strongest leader in the group, as a Crew Manager. The Crew Manager is responsible for other employers schedule, and office work that will include sending the right employers to the right job sites. We Intend on hiring one more Manager, who will have the responsibility of hiring new employees, and firing people who break any laws, rules or guidelines.

Time Line:

Month 1, we intend on acquiring all supplies needed to begin the building of fencing and siding sections, and our inserts. We will also be developing our catalog. The 3rd Manager will be hired as we get half way through the year. Month 6 we will be concluded by hiring twice the number of employees, as we begin sending the builders, door to door, as that will be month 6 of employment for them, and a promotion would be offered. We intend on being fully operational at the end of year 1! Year two will include amplified advertisement, and depending on our success, another business location.

Company Assets:

The website for MMSF has a funding page set up to accept donations, and has $10,000.00 worth of art work done by Gloria Paasche Dinnell. There are also stamps and post card collectables and antiques that will be added to the site, and the construction of our website is constantly in the works because we are constantly adding new things.

The business has a net value, and not a worth in finance, because the business is still just an idea. We will be charging around $25.00 per feet for the fencing, after our initial charge for the ozone creator's, and the optional installation of solar panels. The Installation, and footage of fencing will need to be charged up front, but the cost of the ozone machines, and the solar panels wear and tear, will be billed yearly at $1,500.00 the cost of Installation will differ depending on the households income.  This is the main reason why we need funding for our employers pay for year 1. Our revenue for year 2 and 3 will depend on jobs done through year 1. We intend on being buyers of edible mushrooms, and bulrush plantation. The income for this is also un known. One of the main reasons behind sharing this company is to give home, property owners, and renters additional seasonal income.
